Staging® Consultation
Our goal is to maximize the potential of your home while minimizing the amount of money you spend.

Our Accredited Staging® Professionals use a proven set of guidelines and do a thorough inspection to evaluate the home’s market appeal indoors and out. We provide a detailed room-by-room report identifying all issues regarding cleanliness, clutter, repairs, and furniture re-arrangement, and suggestions on how to highlight your home’s best features.

The consultation service, which provides guidance and recommendations, is designed for the do-it-yourself homeowner who can do the bulk of the work. We can then return for a few hours to fine tune the rooms, check that traffic and lighting patterns are correct and ensure that the home is ready for “showing”.

When you hire Christy Michaels Lifestyle Solutions to perform your home staging services, you can rest assured that your home will be transformed to show at its very best! Our Accredited Staging® Professionals™ will work diligently both inside and outside your home using proven staging techniques, moving furniture, rearranging and editing accessories, artwork, and “setting the stage” for your showings. If the home needs painting, repairs, or other cosmetic help, we can assist you with selections and direct you to our extensive network of trades-people. If necessary, we will bring in extra accessories and lighting from our specially selected inventory, harmonizing and blending the two together so your home will radiate above all others. We will create a magical ambiance - the perfectly Staged Home!

We can do as little or as much as you need. We can provide hands-on services for all rooms or just 1 or 2 rooms in the home – again, depending on budget and time frame – it’s up to you!

Vacant Home Staging®
Buyers only know what they see, not the way it's going to be!

Whether you are a builder or your property is vacant, our Accredited Staging® Professionals™ will illuminate your vacant home by bringing in all the necessary furniture and accessories to highlight the architectural features of the property.
